Great experience with this store. The people there are invested and genuine. Israel Walker was our salesman and he was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and informative but ultimately said if we want the car, he would love to help but won’t push because you have to get the best car for you. However, in my opinion Audi’s performance speaks for itself. You either love it or you don’t. So when we test drove, I already knew I loved the product.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Orange park since they had in stock the vehicle that I had done research on and wanted. They happened to have the vehicle I wanted at a good price and what I appreciated the most walking in, was their friendliness and conversational approach, telling them what I wanted, showing me the out the door price and did not tackle any bogus fees. In addition to that the finance manager negotiated another $1,000 of to make up for some of the paperwork's charges, so within three days I came back with a check and the process went very smooth with everyone involved being very accommodating. After driving the car for two days the check engine light came one and noticed there were engine parts missing after popping the hood. I made them aware and right away asked to drop off the car to have it checked out. they confirmed the missing parts and replaced, then even took the car to Jeep since it's not an Audi and uncovered a bigger issue due to a recall which parts were back ordered and would take a long time to fix. The team provided a loaner car until the issue was resolved and even got Jeep to provide the part sooner than expected. Although; it was frustrating having a new car and experiencing issues right away both the sales and service team were exceptional and accommodating and always kept me updated on the progress. Overall, the set back was overshadowed by the teams responsiveness and great service and truly recommend this dealer and their team when purchasing a vehicle. Other dealers should take notice from this Audi team on client service and the overall car buying experience!

I came in looking for a BMW X6 or a Mercedes Crossover Coupe. We were met by sales Jonathan. My husband asked him to show me something else that was comparable. Jonathan said they had an Audi Q8 Quattro. I was disinterested until he opened it up and I saw all of what Audi had to offer in the vehicle. Jonathan was a great Salesman. He got the deal done. They took care of us and I am now apart of the Audi Family for life. I LOVE my Q8!

The staff was very nice and the service was prompt and professional.. They have an excellent selection of models on the floor. I recommend they invest in trickle charger so customers can access the interior of the vehicles on display. The car wash does not meet my expectations. I’m very happy with my service representative. This is the only place I will have car serviced.

I bought a used truck from Audio Jax about a month ago. Experience was really good. I worked mostly with Dalton who did an awesome job. First he helped locate the perfect truck and picked it up. I had a 5 star experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I must have gone to about 6 dealerships in the process of looking for a used car. This was the first one that I felt right at home. I consider myself very lucky that we got Suren to help us through the process. My favorite thing about the whole experience was that although we were only there to look at a 10k used car, they still treated us with the time and attention as if we were buying one of their luxury vehicles. The whole process was very straight forward, honest and they had the absolute best priced vehicles I saw in my extensive research, plus one of the lowest dealer fees in Jacksonville. A few weeks ago, we purchased a used jeep gladiator from Mike Sabadosa.
