John Keester is the Director of Fixed Operations at Hanania Automotive Group. He started with Hanania Automotive in high school 21 years ago and worked as a porter. John worked his way up from a porter, to a service advisor, then to service manager and now the Fixed Operations Director. He prides himself on his knowledge and willingness to jump into action when technicians or service advisors need a helping hand on the floor. Having been in that role allows him to create processes and incorporate new policies knowing the details of the aftersales operation.

John is proud to be a part of the monumental progress and positive change that Hanania Automotive has experienced over the past two decades. He still believes in the family culture of the Hanania team. One of his personal goals is to have a dealership of his own. A local in Jacksonville, Florida, John enjoys spending his free time unwinding by the pool in a lounge chair on a hot summer day.
